for Clerk, there were 104 Republican votes, to

An ‘elegant silver pitcher, has been presented
to Capt. Fretlerick Lee, of the Revenue Cutler
Eagle, by the owner and underwriters of the ship
Betsey, of Philadelphia, which was lost near Mon-
tauk Point, on the 10th of June last, for “ his spir-
